This one-bedroom apartment consists of four rooms in a historic property built in 1920. The bedroom consists of a queen memory foam mattress for your comfort. The kitchen has been fully renovated. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The living room has a Amazon Fire TV and the office has a couch that folds down flat for sleeping. In-unit laundry is located within the apartment
Parking is included with one drive-way space and free street parking.
Things to Keep in Mind
The property has been carefully restored, but it was built in 1920. Floors are a bit uneven or creaky, you might here some footsteps. Additionally, you are staying in an apartment not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and out of respect for neighbors in the building quiet hours are after 10 pm, especially when entering and exiting your apartment. If any problems arise, we will do best to take of them as quickly as possible!
